TERMS and CONDITIONS of SALE
Prices are for the Wholesale Trade only, are subject to change without notice and are F.O.B. Nature's Tree Farm, Luthersville, GA.
All orders are shipped C.O.D. certified check only without prior arrangement. Customers with approved credit are allowed Net 30 Day terms. For a copy of our Credit Application click here. Past Due accounts will be charged a service fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on unpaid balances, plus the costs of collection.
Orders are accepted subject to crop conditions and without liability for non-performance if labor shortages or transportation delays prevent us from making a delivery. All orders shall be void should injury befall our crop from hail, fire, frost or other causes beyond our control.
Orders canceled less than 48 hours prior to shipping date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please notify us 24 hours prior to pick up. Be sure to bring your own tarps, tie-downs, etc. as we have none available at the Farm.
We can arrange delivery through local truckers. Out liability ceases when the goods are turned over to the carrier. Please be sure to have an adequate crew on hand available to unload. Two hours of unloading time are allowed, after that there will be a charge of $40 per hour.
All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. In no case will our liability exceed the purchase price. No claims will be allowed on past due accounts. We do not sell subject to your architect's or customer's approval.
We warrant our stock to be true to the descriptions or variety name under which it was sold. Nature's Tree Farm makes no warranty express or implied as to the productivity or longevity of the nursery stock sold.
Any taxes arising from the purchase, use or resale of goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.
